Nia and The 5 Stages keeping you looking radiant

In order to look and really feel radiant you need to move your body each and every day.  That might just be walking up the stairs in your office or it could be something a lot more fun, like Nia.

Moving the limbs, the breath, bones, muscles, joints and ligaments

creates balance and strength whilst energising the body.  This is possible with Nia and The 5 Stages which will ensure you get a great work out and a work in- Nia is all about YOU.

Move with ease, empower yourself and use Nia and 5 stages for radiance in your life.

Nia has taught me how to move again; with ease, fluidity, strength, agility and most importantly joy.

Practicing Nia I feel much more relaxed, I have a sense of strength and calm within my body.  I love my body rather than comparing myself.

Nia has allowed me to improve my balance which greatly assists my skiing and recovery from strenuous activity.

Lymphatic love with Nia.

Nia also fully works the muscles and gets the lymphatic system moving which in relation to radiance and well-being is vital.

Nia: A joyful solution to a toxic world?

We are exposed to toxins of one kind or another every day and so getting the body moving (and the lymphatic system) and sweating (as well as going to the bathroom) is a great way to detox.

I have found that doing Nia regularly my skin glows, I sleep really well and I naturally want to make positive choices for my wellbeing and body.

Nia assists in creating more vitality in the body.  It can boost a feeling of energy and peacefulness, taking time to exercise is time for your self that is a very good investment.  Just like they say on an aeroplane “please put on your own mask before helping any one else” take care of your body before taking care of others.

Find peace and clarity doing NiaStudents of mine have said “I love Nia, it is like swimming without the water” and “it is a great way to get the kinks out and feel relaxed.”

Growing old need not be creaks and aches, I know Nia teachers who are in their 60′s and move with grace, ease and strength.
