New Year Resolutions

What are your New Year Resolutions?

Many of us make New Year's Resolutions but what is the secret to achieving them?

2010nyThe key to success is setting goals that you really want.

Keep it simple!

Set goals that are easy to achieve and some that are more challenging.

Push yourself but don't beat yourself up if you don't succeed everything you set out to.

I have some ideas that will benefit you and our planet.

  1. Eat butter not margarine.
  2. Walk rather than drive, when appropriate.
  3. Get out into the sunshine, don't use conventional sunscreen.
  4. Cut out sugar and certainly avoid high fructose corn syrup
  5. Cease buying things in plastic bags, instead use a re-usable bag and use it when shopping.
  6. Go to bed an hour earlier, sleep and allow your body to heal at night. We do need sleep!
  7. Make sauerkraut; good bacteria are our friends!
  8. Use real skin care, nourish your skin, nature helps us look good.
  9. Think positively: 'Two men looking through prison bars, one sees mud the other sees stars.'  It is all about perspective, in all circumstances give PRAISE.  It works!
  10. EnJOY your life, we get one life, use it!

I wish you a very blessed 2010 and look forward to hearing what your New Year goals are.

Soon I will be offering a chance to win a life-coaching session, so you too can start to move towards your 2010 goals.
