Your immune system is important

85% of our immune system is in our gut, so tummy troubles means you need to seek more balance in our life.  I had tummy issues for many years and fortunately now do not, so I know only too well about getting the gut right and probiotics are just a part of that.

Fine tune your body!

Your body is rather like a well tuned Formula 1 racing car you must appreciate that every nut, bolt and belt is able to work at full tilt.  Sadly many of us test our bodies to full tilt each day without ever going in for a pit stop.

You would not do that with an Formula 1 race car, it would break!  The highly trained mechanics and racing drivers test the cars all winter and treat the cars them with utmost respect and care.  That way come the Spring they can perform (theoretically) with no hitches and win races.

Sleep the essential 'free' beauty tip!

Why therefore, do you allow your body to be in such pain or physically break before you care for it?

These three things will help your immune system:

3.  Sleep. One of the most fundamental things for our health, yet often ignored and becomes a low priority.  Do you spend time on Facebook when you could be sleeping?

2.  Happiness is crucial.  Norman Cousins wrote in his book “Anatomy of an Illness” how laughter (and food form Vitamin C) benefit the immune system in the most extraordinary ways.  In essence his book showed that our thinking affects our health.

1.  Avoiding sugar.  Sugar can disrupt the immune system and so avoiding sugar as much as possible is a very wise move.  If you crave sugar then getting some good probiotics can help with sugar cravings.

Why not boost your immune system with some sleep and laughter- not at the same time you understand!
